Doris had visited the area 14 years before and she was surprised that it had become unrecognisable with the amount of buildings that had sprung up.
She was told that the farmers planted Coca leaves along with their potatoes which improved the crop. Another product is cocaine, but that involves extraction. Eating the leaves is in the same league as tea.
At Juli, Doris won in the petty rivalry by bagging the front seats of the hydrofoil from the usual suspects.
